Volunteer Board Serving Without Compensation
The Pennington County Fire Service Board (FSB) is a users board that represents the interests of the county’s career and volunteer fire departments. The Board collaborates with the Pennington County Board of Commissioners, Rapid City Fire Department, Pennington County Emergency Management, Ellsworth Air Force Base Fire Department, South Dakota Wildland Fire, U.S. Forest Service, US Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service and the Bureau of Land Management .
