Addiction Treatment Services, located at the Care Campus, currently has Chemical Dependency Counselors that conduct drug and alcohol assessments. 

The agency utilizes the ASAM Patient Placement Criteria for the Treatment of Substance-Related Disorders to determine the appropriate level of care.

An assessment interview typically takes 1-2 hours to complete. Walk-in assessments are available Monday through Friday beginning at 8:00 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of assessments are completed each day, it is recommended to come as early as possible. 

All DUI-1 evaluations are $150.00. All other evaluations are $250.00. State funding is available for those who qualify.
