Submitting Your Application
Your completed Application for Employment with Pennington County is our only source of information about you. Please read the following carefully.
If this is your first time you are submitting an application for employment with the County you will need to create an online profile to include your unique Username and Password. A valid email address is needed to complete your application. Once your online profile is established, you can update and change it as needed.
If you experience problems creating or accessing your applicant log in, check your web browser. The NeoGov system works best with Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. Issues have been reported when using Microsoft Edge, Safari and Firefox browsers.

- Applications are only accepted online using NeoGov, except in the case of ADA requirements.

- Your application MUST be completed entirely and all questions must be answered. If a question does not apply indicate "N/A" for non-applicable.
- Any skills, education, licenses, etc. REQUIRED for the position must be included with your application to ensure the minimum qualifications are met. If the position you are applying for requires a certificate, license (including a driver's license), proof of insurance, resume, etc., then these documents must be submitted with your application. The Human Resources Office will not make copies of documents you need to include with your application. You must provide a copy of all documents you need, or want, to submit with the application.
- You may attach a resume or additional information with your application that supports your qualifications for the position.
- Use your current mailing address. Include any apartment, trailer, box, or lot number, and city, state and zip code. If you are staying with someone and if your name is not listed at the post office as a resident at that address, include C/O (in care of) and name of person.
