The Alternative Energy Committee have finalized changes to Section 317 - Alternative Energy Systems of the Pennington County Zoning Ordinance.
Hearings on the proposed ordinance amendment will be held in front of the Planning Commission on Tuesday, October 14th at 9 am and Monday, October 27th at 9 am and in front of the Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, November 4th at 10:30 am. There may be more scheduled hearings in front of the Board of Commissioners.
